1. Who we are

Thieves is a game published on Roblox by Thieves Studio ("we", "us"). These terms cover this website and our Roblox experience. By using either, you agree to them.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Your use of Roblox is additionally governed by the Roblox Terms of Use. Where the two conflict for anything happening on the Roblox platform, Roblox's terms take precedence.

2. Using the game

You agree not to:

• Exploit, cheat, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten or discriminate against other players or our team.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our services.
• Buy, sell or trade accounts or in-game items outside the game.
• Impersonate our staff, moderators or other players.

We may suspend or permanently restrict access to the game for anyone who breaks these rules. We aim to be proportionate, but serious or repeated breaches may result in an immediate ban without warning.

3. Virtual items and purchases

All purchases in Thieves are processed by Roblox using Robux. We never handle your payment details directly. Refunds are subject to Roblox's policies - we cannot issue them ourselves.

Virtual items are licensed to you for use inside the game. They are not your property, hold no real-world value, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money. Items may be changed, rebalanced or retired as the game develops.

4. Your content

Anything you create or share through the game - crew names, ship names, messages - remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the game. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

5. Our content

The Thieves name, logo, artwork, code, audio and written content are owned by Thieves Studioand protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may create videos, streams, screenshots and fan art of the game, including monetised content, provided you do not imply official endorsement and do not sell our assets directly.

6. Availability

The game and this site are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of either at any time. Servers may go down for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thieves Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the game or this site, including loss of progress, virtual items or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game develops. Material changes will be announced on this site and in our community channels. Continuing to use the game after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
